Harvard University Offering Tuition Help for High-Achieving Students from Low-Income Families

If you are from a low- or middle-income family and your child has dreams of attending Harvard University, it would behoove you to read this!

Harvard is offering free tuition for students that have a family income below $60,000. If you know anyone/family earning less than $60,000 with a brilliant child near ready for college, please pass this along.

In 2004, Harvard officials said that families earning less than $40,000 a year would no longer have to contribute to the cost of their children's tuition, room, and board. But undergraduates still had to foot a fraction of their tuition costs through paid work or student loans.

In March 2006, Harvard reinforced its commitment to opportunity and excellence across the economic spectrum by announcing that parents in families with incomes of less than $60,000 will no longer be expected to contribute to the cost of their children attending Harvard.

If you know of a family earning less than $60,000 a year with an honor student graduating from high school soon, Harvard University wants to pay the tuition.
